Up to 90' long worktables, cutting up to 3" thick steel

Utilizing high performance, high definition Messer and ALLtra plasma buring systems, with a (x2) 90' (1x) 100' long worktables, we are able to cut metal materials up to 3" thick, drilling a 4" hole into a 4" thick plate and identify parts with a multi-jet inkjet printer. HW's  able to cut and process both small and medium sized parts, as well as the capabilities of others. High Definition Plasma Tables

  • Messer Dual Beam. 4 HPR 400 torches, 24 bit drill, cutting up to 3” thick plate and drilling up to a 4” hole, with inkjet printing, 12’ x 100’ table
  • ALLtra. 4 HPR 260 torches, cutting up to 1.5” thick,12’ x 90’ table
  • Messer Titan. 2 HPR 260 torches, cuts up to 1.5” thick material, 10’ x 90’ table

Messer Our CNC-operated plasma cutting systems provide superb accuracy and meet or exceed all industry-standard tolerances. Through-holes can also be added via plasma cutting or with the drill on our Messer Plasma Cutter. Plasma burning provides exceptional quality and tight tolerances, uniquely suited for many applications.
